Planning permission has been sought for a new mixed-use development comprising five storey office building and ground floor café on Richmond Street South, Dublin 8.
The proposed scheme is located within a prime city centre location on an underutilised site in an area with excellent public transport links and a thriving community.
The design proposal by Henry J. Lyons Architects includes 2,385 sq m of Grade A office accommodation, a ground floor café, external courtyard, roof terraces, bicycle storage and changing facilities. The scheme will provide new flexible office floor space suitable for single and multi-let occupancy.
The proposal is currently with An Bord Pleanála for a decision.
