Planning permission has been sought for 83 apartments located at the junction of the Dublin Road and Boroimhe Link Road in Swords, Co. Dublin.
The proposed scheme will comprise of 35 one bedroom apartments, 35 two-bedroom apartments and 13 three bedroom apartments across an eight to four storey apartment block. All units will benefit from a large and contemporary design with private balcony and access to shared communal grounds and children’s playground. Located underground will be residents car parking facilities and bicycle parking.
Hollytree House is centrally located 2 km south of Swords Village, 3.5 km north of Dublin Airport and less than 15 km from Dublin City Centre. The area is well served by Dublin Bus services and will soon benefit from new BusConnects routes and the Metrolink.
Swords Village is a popular and well established location with a host of retail offerings, schools and leisure facilities. Airside Retail Park and the Pavilions Shopping Centre, both of which are located within a few minutes of the scheme, have over 100 retail units including a variety of restaurants, cafes and a cinema.
The proposal is currently with Fingal County Council for a decision.
