Harbour House was a 4-storey commercial building acquired by MKN in 2016 alongside Portobello House and other surrounding buildings.
Since acquiring the site, planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing Harbour House property and the construction of a new 178-bed hotel spanning over 6 storeys. The hotel, which is currently under construction, will feature a bar, restaurant, gym, meeting rooms and a business library.
